Belated meal plan and updates

I think I might've mentioned how I've been going up and down .5lb every day for the past 2 weeks.  It was incredibly annoying.  This past weekend was my husband's birthday so we ate out like 15 times.  No joke.  We went to 1/2 price appetizers at Applebees on Friday night with a friend of mine.  Saturday, instead of breakfast, we went to Smokey Bones for lunch.  Then we went to a fancy Chinese buffet for dinner with friends.  Sunday we met a friend for lunch at Chilis (she couldn't make it the night before) and then Sunday night we went out again to dinner with the husband's parents.  It was a crazy weekend as far as overeating goes.  But, I decided to just eat crap.  Yup, that's right.  I wanted to gain a few pounds and then hopefully it'll help me get over this hump of gaining and losing .5lb daily. 

I was up 2.5lbs on Monday morning and then this morning I'm down one (so still up 1.5 lbs from weekend).  I'm okay with that and seeing where this will take me.  I'd like to lose another 10-13lbs or so in the next 6 weeks (yes, I just picked a random date).  Thirteen would be ideal because it would take me to another "0" and I like hitting zeros (on the way down - not up).  So, we'll see.  As long as it's a downward trend, I'm happy.

Monday: Tempeh with veggies
Tuesday: Chicken marsala with green beans (and rice for husband)
Wednesday: Chicken wings and jalapeno poppers
Thursday: Baked tofu
Friday: I think we're going out with friends - if not some sort of leftovers
Saturday/Sunday:  No idea - that's still up in the air.
